Rob Scalici | Associate Broker | RE/MAX First
Real estate has been my profession—and my passion—since 1989. After earning my Broker’s License in 1994, I’ve spent more than three decades guiding clients through every phase of residential real estate, from first-time buyers to last-time sellers.
I specialize in residential properties, including single-family homes, condominiums, and vacant land, with extensive experience in property management, new construction, and estate sales. My career has allowed me to see the market from every angle, giving my clients a strategic advantage whether they’re buying, selling, or investing.
I’ve been part of the RE/MAX system since 1994 and proudly owned RE/MAX Metropolitan from 1997 through 2023. In 2023, I joined forces with RE/MAX First, the largest brokerage in Southeast Michigan with nine locations, allowing me to combine boutique-level service with unmatched market reach and resources.
As a solo agent—not part of a team—I consistently rank in the top 2–3% nationally in gross sales, a distinction earned through experience, preparation, and relentless commitment to my clients’ goals.
Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about fitness, snowboarding, and music. Music, in particular, plays a major role in my life—I’m a professional drummer in Hynde Sight, a nationally recognized tribute band honoring the music of Chrissie Hynde & The Pretenders.
The connection between music and real estate is natural to me. Both demand discipline, creativity, preparation, and the ability to perform at a high level under pressure. Success doesn’t happen by accident—it’s earned through practice, focus, and a drive to get better every day.
I’ve been married to my wife Sheri since 1994, and we’re proud parents of three children—Alyssa, Jenna, and Paul. Alyssa and Jenna are married (yes, both sons-in-law are named Austin), and Paul recently got engaged to his college sweetheart, Madison.
